Q:  What is the SoundBe Rewards Program?

A:  The SoundBe Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers. The program is free, and as a member, you'll get rewarded for shopping on SoundBe.com. 

Q: Do I need to sign up?

A:  No, you are automatically enrolled once you create a SoundBe account. 

Q:  How do I earn points?

A:  Every time you shop on SoundBe, you earn 1 point per dollar spent. Also, keep an eye on your email inbox and look out for limited time offers where you can earn additional points. 

Q:  How do I redeem points?

A:  For every 150 points you have, you can redeem $5 towards a discount on your SoundBe purchase. Point redemptions are not automaically applied to your order. To apply your discount, you'll have to select "Redeem Loyalty Points" in the shopping cart at checkout.

Q:  Where can I check my point status?

A:  To check your point status, login to your SoundBe account. Click on Account in the top right corner. At the very bottom, you will see a section labeled "Loyalty Earnings" with a breakdown of your point history. 

Q:  Do my points expire?

A:  No, SoundBe Rewards points do not expire. 

Q:  What happens to my points when I return an item?

A:  If you return an item you earn points on, your points are then deducted from your points balance. 

Q:  What happens if I return something I bought by redeeming points?

A:  If you use your rewards points to make a purchase and then return that item, you will be reimbursed to your original forms of payment. Any rewards points that were used will be granted back to your account to use on a future purchase. If you originally purchased more than one item in your redemption transaction, you will receive the proportionate amout of points back.  

Q:  Can I use my points with other discounts or promotions running on the site?

A:  Yes, you can combine your rewards points with any other SoundBe discounts and special offers.
